The MD110user service has been created to address the gaps left when Ericsson implemented its indirect channel strategy. We identified that not being kept informed and updated was having an impact on many users of MD110. Of course time moves on and MD110 does to, 2006 saw the BC13 release and with it the birth of the MX-ONE brand.
With ranges of MD110 installed from BC3, BC6, BC7, BC8, BC9, BC10, BC11, BC12 and from 2006 MX-ONE TSE (BC13) and the new MX-ONE TSE (Server based version). We are focused on the entire range of version of the system both pre-MX-ONE and beyond.
The service is funded and run independently, and is not subject to supplier influence. The small team running the service have extensive experience with the family of products, the telecoms industry, and have significant senior management experience in running customer facing programs. MD110user has additionally created a skilled pool of personnel available to support you with services.

MD110User is not a service setting out to compete with the existing suppliers. We are not an equipment vendor nor will we offer core services such as implementation, maintenance or support.
We are transparent in our business approach to vendor / supplier selection.
We will retain full independence and offer only activities that will bring the client a better value proposition than is provided today.
We will maintain and develop good work relationships with the current existing suppliers.
We will encourage vendors and suppliers to directly contribute to newsletters via editorials.
