The MD110 PBX platform has been contantly evolving from its first release in the UK market back in 1984. In 2006 the platform evolved into the MX-ONE TSW(BC13). That has taken the platform into a full hybid IP PBX. The MX-ONE also has a server based version called TSE therefore giving existing and new clients maximum flexibility to meet their communication needs. There are many releases of MD110 pre-BC13 installed in customer sites and clients want to know what they can and cannot do with these systems.
